This brief paper was very short and should have been an epilogue to the last installment. I am so invested Demon and Ardy that I purchased these 15 pages without checking the length. Yet I will still get any up dates about these two but they must be of a reasonable lenght.

I like to get those creative juices flowing. These books were a great find! I read the first volume “The Pouches of Salem” this Spring and was hooked! I was very happily surprised to see the second volume become available soon after. There’s enough drama, and adventure in these two volumes to keep us entertained for this summer, and I’m sure for many summers to come (since I seem to be enjoying them as much as my boys will.) Yes, these books will get good use. Enjoy!

Which actually doesn't tell you how much I enjoyed the book at all. This series has been a delight. We are two thirds the way into this story, and I find myself quite anxious for the final installment of a very good series. Bring it on Mr. Wallace.

This second book was as heart stopping as the first with me wanting to yell at the characters, " Why aren't you taking the gift offered?" You will become so wrapped up in the plot of the prince, the heroine, townspeople and the fowling's that you will want to finish this in one sitting like I did.

This book is a daily reminder that my unconscious perception of myself is the product of my childhood programming. Lisa writes "Once upon a time I was unaware that deeply rooted in my subconscious mind was the belief that I was not enough. So ingrained within my subconscious mind this one single thought infected every action feeling and thought I experienced. Unaware that I unconsciously sought happiness outside of myself, I was also unaware that I sought happiness in the validation of others". Her teachings show us how to recover from the "I am not enough" syndrome. So treat yourself to this book (the same price as 3 cappacinos) and I highly recommend reading the other 4 books she has written and listening to her FREE utube videos on codependancy.Enjoy!

Lisa explains how negative, destructive programming early in life can have negative effects years down the road. Lisa has lived through all of the negativity (to put it lightly) and is using her experiences to help others. Looking outward for validation and love is a never ending quest. A man has run into a woman along the side of the road.There are 3 women who bond together to form the cord. Some are married with traveling husbands, one is a widow and another is going through coping with her husbands medical problems.Love how the book got its title and what the pearls represent. Like how the groups of people lean on one another they become to familiar to one another that they can just walk into each others houses and help where needed.They are all involved in charity and volunteer work to help others. Good to see how people handle the tough stuff relying on God and praying. Seems to work better when they do it as a group.So many bad things happen and the combine forces to overcome them while going about their daily lives. Hard decisions for some to make and all lend a hand. Can't wait to read the next in this series.I received this book from Bookfun.org (Book Club Network) in exchange for my honest review.

I already miss the characters and am so happy it is a series!This was my first dabble into Christian fiction. I got it because I love visiting the lakes in Wisconsin with my young kids and husband, and it looked like a great story. But it was so much more than simply a fun story set on the lakes. It is about friendship, loss, grief, recovery and hope. It is about believing the best in others, and how being true to yourself and to your faith is always the best path forward. And it is funny! I miss my friends, the main characters Ellen, Wanda and Maggie already. Can't wait to meet up with them again this fall.Outta the park, Ms. Moen.

JarvisI have just recently discovered this author. Since I love time travel & romance stories, I decided to give this a try. Her first novel in the Highland Passage series, entitled just: " Highland Passage," was a delightful read for me. So far, it is still my favorite although I would have preferred it to have been more thoroughly developed. This book, "Knight Errant," was much more thoroughly developed and a very enjoyable read. Because this is a time travel book, there were a few jumps backward & forward in time which provided some surprises. This book was not boring, in my opinion, helped in part by some plot twists here and there. There were no explicit sexual descriptions in this book although there is sexual tension. ( I am so very tired of all the books who must erupt upon the reader every conceivable, contrived description of the sex act imaginable while calling the book a romance book when it should be called soft porn or erotica. I want a r-o-m-a-n-c-e book to curl up to before bedtime or to listen to on a quiet rainy day or to listen to via Audible while I am doing my housework --- with or without the grandkids in the same room. If the rest of you want soft porn or porn or erotica, there should be such notations BEFORE we buy the book. You can have yours. Let me have mine! This is a ROMANCE book. I applaud this author for keeping it such. As an adult, I AM capable of filling in the undescribed parts, thank you very much!In this book, the hero who is from the past, is on a mission. The heroine is from the future. Time throws their lives together and reluctantly, they fall in love. And, that which is generally true for all true loves, the course does not run smoothly. An enjoyable read in my opinion.

What can I say this debut series by this amazingly talented author just keeps getting better and better with every turn of the page the story goes from strength to strength. She has written this story in parts so I would suggest that you read them all in order to appreciate and understand the story in all its glory. Well we are now at the point where Chloe realises that she does trust the wonderful Derek. The poor guy doesn't know what to do when she initially runs from the party with a fear in her eyes that he would never want to see there again after she bumped into Jesse's father Vince. After he manages to convince her to let him take her somewhere away from all the prying eyes and to let them talk she realises that the trust she was unsure she had in him is true, she really does trust him as much as she can anyone. Knowing this after so long of taking care of herself and bottling up all of her emotions the flood gates finally open and she spills every secret she ever had to the one man who is now slowly stealing her heart. He is stunned, shocked and sickened but also amazed at the inner strength that this beautiful woman before him has. This story is written so well, and handles some tough subjects such as abuse, in childhood and domestic, also emotions about adoptions and fear of the man who she knows is coming for her to torment her all over again. It is all written with thought and care, and handle with a respect and level of emotion that each of these delicate subjects warrants and deserved. This author should be applauded for that alone. But on top of that this series is developing a deep incredible story that draws you in and hooks you with every turn of the page. It really is an incredible read and worth the tense wait between each publication. I really cannot recommend this story / series highly enough and and also have added this author to my must read list. If all her works are to this standard we are all in for a definite treat! I have to admit that while I have liked the other two books, this is my fave thus far. I don't know if it is because I know all the facts now or if it is because of how the story is playing out. I am one that does not like spoilers so I will say that you cannot go into this book (or this series as a matter of fact) with predetermined opinions of what is next. You may guess some of the steps but not all of it and it is the process of the story that will keep you ready and willing to wait for the next book for the cliffhangers will leave you wanting more.NOTE: This book has abuse (physically, sexually and emotionally) and sex scenes so is intended for 18 year or older readers. Also make sure you have read the first two before reading this and if you can't handle cliffhangers then this series will be best read after all the books are out. (But definitely read when it is.)Oh and just so people know..............I was given an ARC for an honest review.

Putting their heads together to find a solution to their problems, Jasper suggests that Valerian become an anti-matchmaker for money. He would break apart the budding matches of the ton's sons and daughters at the bidding of their rich mamas and papas. Very inventive!After having lost her parents in a carriage accident that also maimed her beloved sister, Wilhelmina Montgomery decides that becoming a matchmaker will help to pay for the costly treatments her sister needs in order to get well, and her first job would be any easy one since she is sure that the pair already are close to an engagement and they only need a slight push. Only problem is the handsome man she met on the street prior to a dinner party where the man, Valerian St, David now is trying to thwart her efforts with the couple.Never wanting to marry himself, Valerian does not fully see the implications of what he is doing, only the pounds that will go to repair his home and pay the help's wages. I do so like him, even in his emotional ignorance, which actually makes it more adoring when he wakes up. Whimsy is one hell of a heroine, with guts, a big heart and loads of determination. Defying the Earl is yet another notch in Anabelle Bryant's buckle that deserves a resounding yes in the must read territory.

A Charming Tale By Cvon73 As a first in a new series, called the Regency Charms series, Defying The Earl is a delightful read, written as only Anabelle Bryant can write it. Her characters are real and relatable, the story fun and engaging and her use of words....superb! I love reading everything Anabelle Bryant writes and Defying the Earl is now a new fave!When an almost penniless down on his luck Valerian, the Earl of Dashwood, decides to start mis-matchmaking to save his brother, his family home and basically just to be able to survive, he runs, literally, into a desperate matchmaking Lady Wilhelmina Montgomery who'll do anything to help her sick sister, you find yourself in a whimsical story full of regret, romance, heartbreak and healing. Tie this in with an old romance Wilhelmina's sister has hidden, the Earls scheming but good hearted brother, an odd pawn store owner, his persnickety cat and a mysterious charm bracelet left to "Whimsy" by her mother, things tend to become, serendipitous....I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves Regency period, romance and happily ever afters. Can't wait to read the next book in this series!

She needs money yesterday. Whimsy comes up with a fabulous plan, not only will it get her out into society but it will pad her pockets and make her future a little more secure. Whimsy is going to become a matchmaker. And really, what an easy job! At least that's what she thinks. Enter Valerian ... he also needs money, his estate is crumbling around him, his life is in shambles and his brother keeps blowing through money like it's going out of style. Valerian decides that he's going to become a matchbreaker. He also thinks his job couldn't be any easier! Valerian and Whimsy have no idea that they are working to sabotage the other.When I read the summary for this one, I was intrigued. I've never read anything like this and the matchbreaker idea was fabulous! Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. It's been a long time since I didn't connect with a historical romance novel, I love just about every one that I come across. But there was just something off about this one.I didn't find myself connected to the characters in any way. I found them to be a bit boring and shallow. I just couldn't drum up any type of reaction to them except indifference. There was literally no love lost on the people in this novel. That is just so weird for me. Only a handful of times have I just not connected with any of the characters. I really could have cared less about any of them.Because I couldn't seem to connect with the characters, it made for a VERY long read. It took me forever to get through this one because everything felt just so ... long winded. I know that sounds rude, but why take seventeen pages to say something that could be said in one paragraph? I don't mind books that take a leisurely jaunt around the plot but this was just too much. I found myself just not wanting to read at all rather than continue Whimsy's story.This book is really well liked ... I'm definitely in the minority with my feelings on this one. Hopefully you'll have better luck than I did.* I received this book in exchange for an honest review *

I was excitedly anticipating the release of Leah, and when I read it, it just fell flat. For one thing, there's absolutely no reason why these two books couldn't have been one book. It makes no sense. Leah overall just seemed rushed, incomplete, and it seemed to lack development. It also left some unanswered questions. This author is a great writer with very good plot lines, however her books tend to be strong out of the gate, and then many of her stories just lose momentum and like I said, fall flat. Such a shame. This book had great characters with great potential.

Carter and Leah had no communication for 3 years. The story unfolds the doings of both Carter and Leah in that time. Leah tries to move forward without Carter and Carter waits for Leah to return to him.When Carter finds his moment of clarity Leah is not ready to hear it. This story is difficult and challenging to read because I enjoy reading about Carter and Leah together, but this story is about them having separate lives. The story is intense. Leah is trying to be strong and fight for what she rightfully deserves while Carter is trying to become the worthy man to Leah.It's an interesting journey. It's hard not to get hung up on the temptation and hope that the love between them is strong enough to endure the time needed to heal each other.It's hard to keep your opinions locked up when your reading someone else's decisions and mistakes. Leah wants independence and to take care of herself and not be reliant upon someone else, but at what point do you reward yourself with what you deserve?Carter became famous. Leah finished school and earns her own money.In this story we gain a better understanding for how Carter was raised and what his upbringing was like to mold him into the man he is today. Many times throughout the story Carter will share a chapter of when he was 9 or 10 years old. Basically, when his mom was still alive.This story offers a great lesson at life. A person can certainly learn from Leah and Carter's mistakes. People always gain perspective on life when something tragic happens to make them reevaluate the choices made.A lesson to be learned that other people's mistakes pave the path for others.I appreciate the growth Carter developed in this story. It was nice to experience Carter in a more emotional and caring matter. He truly grew and figured out what he wanted,

By Gtr33gurl Great conclusion to Carter and Leah's love story it was much the same as the first a lot of back and fourth and you get more of a background into Carter's childhood and why his Version of love was so warped but Leah broke down his walls eventually but then Leah put her walls sky high afraid of getting her heart broken by Carter again but sometimes it takes one scary situation for Leah to realise she's making a mistake and a beautiful HEA followed great series!!!!

The drugs they'd been using to keep him in human form aren't as effective as they used to be and Ty fears for him. As a member of the elite group of mercenaries called the Falcons she uses her knowledge to attempt to gain information from Eli by seducing him.Eli Chance has a big secret. Into the Mist By Melissa With her brother's life on the line Tyana Berezovsky is not afraid to use everything in her power, including her body, to get information from Eli Chance, the man she feels is the cause of her brother's problems. Eli was the lead on the team that left her brother to die after he was chemically altered in an attack that resulted in him changing into a shapeshifter. Refusing to allow her brother to succumb to the beast that is making him unstable and a threat to their family of mercenaries Tyana continually goes against her "family's" rules. Meeting with Eli and trying to find anything that will help. The meetings do more than anger her family; they create a bond between Eli and Tyana as the two have trouble keeping their hands off each other. Time is running out for Tyana and Eli as there are other forces at work, someone interested in the attack that turned men into creatures and willing to kill for the knowledge it represents.Reading Into the Mist is like hitting a reader's jackpot. A story centered on a family of mercenaries and their attempts to save one of their own, this book turned into an orgy of action from one page to the next. With an intense plot, heavy with emotional upheaval Tyana and Eli's dance of love and romance took me on one high after another. Tyana has to be on my list of top 10 heroines of all time, her ability to kick-butt and her willingness to risk body and limbs for those she loved was touching to say the least. I was impressed with how Maya Banks was able to keep Tyana strong without taking away from the strength of Eli or making him any less of a force to be reckoned with. This entire story is filled with interesting characters, people whose stories need to be told and who I can only wait anxiously as I hope this is only the beginning of a what looks to be an exciting series.Indyreviewed for Joyfully Reviewed

My Opinion By Flowers Let me say that $2.99 for 85 pages is a bit expensive and since this is going to come out in parts this will be a very expensive book. The concept of the book was good but I wasn't liking the idea that the H and h could not marry given the fact of the H condition. At the end of book 1 you have the h (spoiler) willing to stay with the H despite the fact they cannot marry. Yes, you have the H stating he will work to get his clan to accept her. For me personally I wasn't happy with the ending and also I'm not willing to pay the price of $2.99 for each book that comes out.

The story line seemed fresh and interesting and I thought the writing was far above average. However, after a really good start, the book deteriorated. It was as if the author was in a hurry to finish, or almost as if the same person didn't write the last part of the book. I could get into the idea of shape shifting, but it has to be done well. This is not.

Wilson I had the pleasure of reading this story to three children 9 to 11 years of age. I thought I would read it to them in several sessions, but they would not let me finish until I had read the whole story. The characters a wonderful, the artwork is professional, and the story in the best tradition of Christian literature for young and old alike. It is a story in three parts: first the animals learn the basic Christmas story. Then the questions they raise lead to an unfolding of the story of why Christ came...the Gospel good news. Finally, the animals, moved by the story, learn about the reality of good and evil in the world, and they are moved to live out the meaning of the story in their own lives. If you are a Christian, you will love this rendering of The Real Story of Christmas, and will want to read it every year to your kids, and you all will be blessed. I plan to donate copies to our local church and church school library! The fact that Theologian J. I. Packer. author of "Knowing God", wrote the foreword should assure you that this is no ordinary rendering of the Christmas story...you and your kids will always remember this classic story.

I read the first book in the set a while back and gained some helpful information to improve my training. The second book on running provides just as many helpful tips as the first book. A good read for anyone that is beginning to take charge of his or her health.

A great book with practical exercises on how to build EQ By Hsuan-Hua Chang Our Emotional Intelligence/quotient can be worked on and developed.Knowing our EQ help us to be a better parent, a better partner and be able to have better relationships in general.This book was designed to be complimentary material for the EQ Profile that is designed by the Learning in Action Technologies [...].Since I have assessed and provided a debrief of many EQ profiles for my coaching clients, I found that this book was valuable to develop the areas that my clients have wanted to work on.For leadership coaches who don't have extensive EQ knowledge, I would highly recommend that you take an EQ profile assessment and use this book to develop your own EQ. It will make you a better coach and enable you to use this book to help your clients.

I cannot tell my clients they are "unfit" and expect to motivate them to improve. Also, their sampling for their research does not seem to be broad based and validated. There are far better instruments and books on the market than this.
