By Amazon Customer Thomas Evans did his job; this book contains not only useful tips for training but lifestyle to become bigger and leaner too. It covers important areas as training, nutrition and supplements to pack your body with lean mass.It also recommends some exercises for each part of the body and gives some routines to get started to know its principles. All tips and secrets are backed up with scientific research. If you’re not new with bodybuilding, you can find here very useful tips.What I’d like to recommend to author is to deepen more in secrets and tips, especially considering if a beginner wants to implement its principle. It will be useful too, to review format structure, to have a more organized book.

By Pam Coleman I got this book not for me, but for a friend who has been paying a great deal of money to a gym, which is not helping him at all. Nothing seems to happen. So I told him about this book and he got very excited. What excites him most is the book's guarantee that he can burn fats and build muscle and there is no gym needed, and the tips are all so attainable (according to him). One thing that attracted him the most is that this book will teach him how to build muscles fast without adding fats. He was also able to comprehend more on the perks of natural body building training. I think my friend can speak for himself that this book is really a great grab.

By Patricia I use to be a body builder a several years ago and plan to get back into the bodybuilding world. I remember how well my training increase blood circulation and feeling years younger. I’m glad I found this book because it is just what I need to get started back into bodybuilding. This book not only shows you how to do fitness training, but it also shows you how to lose weight through fitness training. This book has a lot of great information but the book layout had the sentences and words divided and it was hard for me to read.
