Too many diet books are impractical and give you no real plan of action that can easily be followed. With my busy schedule, I need a diet and exercise plan that is carefully laid out and quick to execute. “Choose to Loose” gave me a simple approach to dieting that saved me time and took the guess work out of what foods to eat and what exercise plan to follow. I love how the book combines a great carb cycling diet plan with an easy to understand exercise program. My wife loved the recipes in the book. They were easy to make and tasted terrific. If you’re looking to lose some weight and want a simple and effective book, then I would definitely recommend this book.

Something worth to read By Dorathy Having a happy life means of course according to me having enough time to enjoy my life with healthier body and mind. Choose to lose is the guide book that will help you to reduce your weight in some extent to get sound health. Having good health, having better sleep, and maintaining sound relationship need efforts. This book gonna help you if you foollow the instruction without making any excuses. I am lucky that I got the chance to read the book and started to follow the instruction. Tough journey I know, but I have to begin to get better future.

I am following its 28 days simple plan to lose weight. Recipes described in it are cool and simple enough. I have tried a lot but all of them just disappoint me. Actually I was confused whether this one will help me or not. And happy to say that I love to follow this book and it’s working.
