"He is my weakness" "Just one look from him was enough to make me lose my resolve and do things I usually wouldn't. He might say he is not a good guy, if only he could see himself the way I do. Even if being with him comes with consequences." Isabella Preston's life was perfect, until the day she met Rayne Hollywood. He came into her life like a tornado - his world moved so fast she loved it. She felt free to be the person she really was, not the perfect person everyone expected. But is she strong enough for everything that is Rayne Hollywood though? "She is my strength" "She is the reason there is light in my darkness, the strength I need to live. Seeing myself through her eyes gives me the hope that I deserve more in life. Finding her was unexpected.” Rayne Hollywood was set on revenge. He was ready to do anything he had to do to get it. He didn't care about anyone he had to hurt in the process - until he saw Isabella Preston. She wasn't part of the plan, but he wanted her. The only question was, could he get the revenge he came here for and still keep the girl he always wanted? When you fall in love so fast, is love really enough to get you through all the secrets and lies? Maybe love is not enough. By The Btch Has Spoken I always try to review without being a spoiler.First let me say that this story is a very intense story. It is not just about a girl meets boy, boy is a bad boy she wants to help.... There is so much more than this.Isabella has always lived up to everyone's standards, she a good girl, always says and wears the right things..... until she agrees to go to a New Years Eve party with her BFF Tommy. HE introduces her to his longtime friend who has returned with his band/ Rayne is the rocker bad boy, must he is deeper than that. The author draws you into their world and you watch not only Bella come out of her shell, but see Rayne show his softer side, even though he is obviously hiding something. But what he is hiding is SO MUCH MORE than you would even begin to have guessed. There are plots twists and turns that will surprise you. Over all the story and characters are well thought out and each is crucial. That being said, I need to say that RARELY do I judge a book by grammatical or punctuation errors. I know that no one is perfect.... But with this book it NEEDS to be said, so hopefully the author can make the changes. There are A LOT of places where the quotation marks are missing, either after the character is finished speaking or where they are and there are no quotations. Also a coma should have been used in many sentences. I had to reread WAY TO OFTEN to figure out a sentence or why all of a sudden the character would be describing the way someone was asking or talking. It became confusing and unfortunately took away from the story. Also, there were times when I wasn't sure who the narrator was and would have to go back and try to piece it together...I know when you are writing and rereading that those things can be missed because you know what your story is, and maybe read it so fast those things were missed.... To be honest anyone who was a beta reader or received an ARC should have pointed it out. I know when I beta read I will point out misspelled words, and errors, by doing that it helps the author and also the reason an author asks for betas or ARC in exchange for honest reviews.Basically if you can overlook those things the story is very, very good and I would recommend it. The author captures your attention right away and takes you through the sudden and intense Love Story of Isabella ("Tiny Dancer" her nickname from Rayne) and Rayne and the ups and downs of their lives and the people who surround them.

Unexpected Concequences By Lynn Smith I received a ARC copy of this book in exchange for an honest reviewIsabella known as Bells is a good girl, doesn't party or even go out that much. her best friend Tommy finally talks her into going to party. On meeting Tommy's friend Rayne Bells fell in love with just one look. Rayne has the same feelings but doesn't seem to want a relationship. He blows hot and cold and confuses Bells. Almost through the first half of this book I struggled. Ii wanted to hate Rayne for how he treated Bells. Yet she kept going back for more. When they were together you knew they had feelings for each other. Yet something in the back of my mind kept telling me something else was going on. I just knew I wasn't going to finish the book with Rayne acting the way he did and Bells having no backbone. Then the halfway point hit and at that point the book blew me away. Talking about a twist and from that point on I couldn't read fast enough and I didn't want the book to end. The book is filled with mystery, suspense, romance and some tears.

There's so much about this book I want to talk about.Isabella is a 19 year old goody two shoes who has never stepped a toe out of line. She tries desperately for perfection because she wants to please her father. But in walks a rock star and anything that can be called perfect walks out.Rayne is a rock star bad ass with a beautiful voice. He doesn't care about anything except his band mates. He just wants life to right itself but he sees her and all bets are off the table.Isabella and Rayne fall hard and fast but love may not be enough.I loved this book. I feel like recently I've only been reading five star books. This book, though? I wish I could add a lot more stars to it.Jaye has created a very believable and relatable world through Isabella and Rayne. There is so much friendship, love and family that it makes me jealous to the core. They don't simply fall in love and have a happily ever after. No, they both have much to learn and secrets to share. Oh man, the secrets. Two things stand out to me in this book the most.First, Isabella and Rayne remind me so much of my husband and I's relationship. He wasn't a rick star, but the aches and pains are similar.Secondly, I loved this book but halfway through it I got punched in the face. This revelation came out of no where! Left field! Never expected. So don't miss this! I had to put it down and take a moment and process what I'd learned.Yes, there are several grammatical errors but for me it didn't take away from the story.I recommend you read this book! You'll be in for a hell of a treat if you do.
