I was really impressed by this book and the brilliant ideas that Patricia shares with us with such simplicity and practicality. Somewhere along the lines of church history, Pentecostal and Charismatic church leadership equated organization and processes for not being organic and spiritual. On the contrary, this book focuses on bringing quality of life to your church. After reading this would definitely consider giving the Mediterranean diet a try. I now understand more of what the diet consists more of like plants, beans, dairy, and what to reduce, and why it is good for me. At the end it even gave me 5 simple and delicious recipes to attempt, and will definitely try to make them at home, especially the Greek fava.

Some diets are very restrictive, but I can't say that for the Mediterranean diet. This one is not at all restrictive, yet very effective. It is all about consuming different ingredients in different proportions.This book covers everything about it, starting from what it is all about and how it affects the body. I started it few days ago and I still eat almost everything, except that the proportions of my meals are changed. You can find what the Mediterranean diet consists of and all the benefits from it.The last chapter covers the recipes. They are very simple with clear instructions and methods for how to be prepared.I like this clean eating and losing pounds meanwhile. It is a really satisfying feeling.

It has a couple of new and exciting recipes that are very rich in flavor and nutritious too. I have read a lot of diet books before and I can honestly testify that this book is “one of the best”.It’s never too late to start a healthy lifestyle. There are numerous kinds of diets out there and some of which are very strict. Good news! Mediterranean Diet is not very restrictive in nature at all but can still provide benefits just like other diet plans. This type of diet will not only help you reduce weight but also reduces the risks of several diseases such as Alzheimer’s, diabetes and so much more.

I also love checking out other authors that may be new (to me), like Caelan Snow. And last night I sat and read this. I was disappointed that it wasn't longer, which is why I didn't give it the complete 5 stars. The characters where great and I can see that she's setting up a new shifter series, though this specific story seemed slightly rushed. It definitely is a different take on the shifter series, and I loved that spin on it. This book has set up for the series, and hopefully we will see more of Grissom and Ruby and learn what the council will do to him and his new mate. Looking forward to the rest of the series to find out.

I don't mind Viola's serials, because they're pretty cool. She's a good storyteller. This book is nothing like her other ones beyond having a detestable fiance and a growly shifter that wants to claim the heroine as his mate. There were just huge info dumps everywhere, and it wasn't as beautifully crafted as a normal Viola story. I'm really disappointed.Disclosure: I received a free review copy in exchange for an honest review.

3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. A New Territory and a Destined Mate By Me I completely enjoyed this joint venture between Viola and Caelan. Grissom's character is well thought out. Very endearing, loving and protective. He is a big bear shifter and likes to eat. Reading what he does while patrolling the Greystone lands is humorous as well as serious. One day he catches a scent that he can't ignore. A wonderful scent like honey for a bear.The other main character in the book is Ruby. She is human. She's very protective of her father and little brother and two friends on this new journey. They are in uncharted territories so they have their work cut out for them. And there's always the opportunity for unknown dangers.Now when Grissom and Ruby meet you know that there is more to it than happenstance. Destiny is at work here though not so easily for them. There's trouble that arises when Ruby witnesses Grissom shifting into his grizzly bear so that adds to the excitement of this book.This is an interesting book to read. Can't wait to read A Panther's Prize which is the next book in line to these standalone stories.Great work Viola and Caelan. Looking forward to more books.Received an ARC for an honest review.

A Turn of Tides By Tracy Albrecht Well I enjoyed this book as much as the rest of them can't wait for 14 to come out and that it will be such an amazing series of times over with I love how this one had all of the characters involved from ALL 4 Novachs to Mona to the ogres all of it I love these books through and through. This is my favorite series. I ad them all over and over again. I now have my fifteen year old reading them as well. Thank you so much for this series it has brought my back to me.

She kills some ogres because she decides not to remain the victim any longer. It's while attempting an escape that she first becomes aware of dragons. A dragon carries her off but drops her to the ground where she gets knocked in on a dragon ritual which makes the dragons treat Rose as a gift with respect. Micah is stuck on the island where Rhys is recovering from his injuries and making arrangements to invade the Shade. Kiev, Erik, Abby, and Patricia have gone to the Sanctuary to hunt down Mona. Kiev and Patricia caught and put in the dungeon but then it was decided to give them to Hagatha. Hagatha is a ghoul who kills Patricia but Kiev gets away by severing his arm off and hiding in Hagatha's chamber until the vampire who was left opens the chambers hatch and is attacked by Hagatha allowing Kiev to slip by and close the hatch. Kiev finds Mona's quarters to find Erik and Abby fighting another ghoul which he decapitates then asks Mona to marry him. Vivienne may finally find herself pregnant with Xavier's first child. Vivienne also has a vision of tombstones covering the whole area of the Shade.

Not just thinking about himself. He handled the Honeymoon perfectly, so protective, but with just the right amount of loving ways.Skye and Carson - Uh Oh, love that he s pushing for their wedding to hurry itself along.Sean and Scarlet have had a tough time of late, and I hope that they soon forget the heartache that's been causing them both to shy away from their feelings.Glad Heath and Roland are on the same page now, they are so cute together.I sense Clementine is not totally giving herself over to Ward, and when her ex Jeremy appears she said all the tight things, but keeping it from Ward is going to blow up in her face. I feel he actually saw them together.Ahh, Conrad & Lexie, so so sad, I ant to bash them both upside the head. Talking is the only thing that will get them through this, but they are both pussy footing around each other, and their exes putting in an appearance, whilst Beatrice is ll up n her s*** and is hellbent on getting Conrad back, I'm glad he is having none of it.And it pains me to say this but Jared is actually coming out as a good guy, I don't want them back together but my estimations of him has just increased.I hope in the cold light of day Lexie does not regret anything. He is so great with Trinity, I would have been so scared if that happened to me the "gorilla" scene. But Slade was so great he saved her. I cannot believe that Clementine lied to ward it's obvious he scene her and it sucks the book didn't tell more. I am so happy Scarlet and Sean told the kids what happened and that their not selling the house. I hope Skye and Cayson get there house. I am so kiss ed at Lexie and Conrad both are heartbroken it's all a misunderstanding and neither one is talking about it because their sure the other one is not caring at least Lexie admits it's love to herself but how dare her go to Jared and how can she see Conrads reaction as not caring she blindsided him and he was speechless. Uhh I'm soooo mad at them

It's unrealistic but love it regardless...I wish there were fewer characters to follow but it was well rounded. The only real thing id change in this whole series is slade and trinity.....it borderlined incest and he was a big manwhore... they shared a cousin though they weren't related themselves....how do you explain that to your kids??? Real manwhores don't change. Sad but true....

Goddard We all have that person in our lives that could benefit from a little anger management. This book is the book to help. There are many great pieces of advice that make this book worth reading. Not only will it help the person who suffers from anger issues, but there are sections in this book that will help the people in that persons life. The most helpful piece of advice I found in this book is to put yourself in their shoes. It might seem like silly advice, but really if you take the time to look at matters from the other persons perspective you will not only be able to empathize but you will be able to see the bigger picture that the angry person cannot see at the time. The author not only uses common sense in their writing but also did the research into the physicality of anger, stating a study that was done on the serotonin levels in individuals that are angry.

It can ruin relationships, destroy families and careers, and even cause critical illnesses. We live in a society where living under pressure is considered part of the norm and all of the stress can easy boil over into anger issues. "Anger Management" by Luis O Moreta is a well written and concise guide to getting to the root of what is causing your anger, how to take back control of your emotions and your lives, and to mend and sustain your relationships. It is a great book and should be read by anyone who is looking for assistance in getting their anger under control.
