Croley This series engaged the reader's interest early in the first book and continued to hold interest through the last book. The characters were multidimensional and the plotlines seemed well thought out. The stories flowed well but could have used better character descriptions and pack compound descriptions. For example, more detailed character descriptions, the layouts of the two pack compounds, what the cabins/houses looked like, where did the packs get their electricity, water, food, clothing, etc. From where did the money to build and furnish the compounds come? What exactly was imprinted on the males with the brands during the mating ceremonies? These questions left some dangling threads in the storylines.While among the better edited self published stories, there were also numerous editing issues that needed corrections though none were so bad they completely jarred the reader's concentration from the story.This would have been a 4 star collection without the issues listed. I would definitely read more by this author. This is a very talented author and I would enjoy watching her fine tune her skills along the way.
1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Strong, Hot Sexy Wolves By Hilt1985 The Ozark Mountain Shifters Boxed Set is worth all the time it takes to read it. I started it and couldn't seem to put it down. The characters are so full of life, stress, love, hate, loyalty and full on passion. Each book centers around a different fated mated couple. Some couple are intended to be together and some choose to be together. I truly hope Mrs. Jameson has more books for the Ozarkas and the Ravendale packs. I would love to know the story behind little Stella.

Each character in each story is very good...and different. While you can tell it's the same author...there isn't any repetition. I especially love the last story with Lexar and Avan. Leaxar was strong bold yet honest and warm. Avan was such a strong female but also willing to feel. All four are great books!! The sensuality and overall hotness are also fantastic. Great read! Enjoy!
