By Colby As a person who always struggled with gaining and losing weight I have tried all kinds of methods and programs to keep my health under control but none of the materials out there were offering any permanent solution, even with the temporary weight loss it seemed like everything was great but as soon as you get off the program the weight came back with extra pounds. I came across James Smith's book by accident and I could not be any happier that I found it. The program he offers is not magic, it's not a miracle diet or information that is brand new. It is a program that is easy to follow and understand. It is not a temporary solution but a permanent life style change. With this book, you'll be able to do that without worry. You will not just burn those excess fat but also increase your energy which is a really good feeling when you finally achieve the results. And the best part of this is that, you can achieve the body you've always longed for in just 30 days. This book contains very beneficial information and instructive workout routines which will guide you throughout the 30 days. (I highly recommend this!), I needed a bit more motivation since I'm in my late 40's and working out it hard for me. This book addresses great topics such as can you gain muscle and burn fat at the same time. The author doesn't promise you can do both at the same time and I appreciate that. Many supplement companies and books say you can do both, which is false and marketing hype unless you're on illegal anabolics. Great read!
