This is a great book for someone looking to get into running or looking to structure a workout routine that includes running. There are also some cool bonus nutrition and stretching techniques. The book is clear and concise. It puts all the steps in order so you can get right to it! The author did a great job putting together this all inclusive guide. Excellent job!

I would definitely recommend this book By Thomas Quigley If you're interested in running for purposes of health of as a hobby, I would definitely recommend this book. I really like the 12 week running plan provided. It laid everything out for me and was very easy to follow and gradually increase my running time. I also found the section on running nutrition to be particularly informative and helpful. Finally, as running can take a toll on the body, being informed about potential injuries and their prevention was also helpful. If you want to get into running, I would give this book a shot.
