Learning pilates for everyone By Josue04 First of all, I've done Pilates for a while now and can say that it can be extremely beneficial to your body (and therefore mind..). But I've only been doing it in a class lead by a professional, so this reading this book was my way of making it easier to do at home as well. It does a great job explaining the benefits which is very important when getting someone started. For improving body flexibility & balance as well as for enhancing mind and body, this guide is really useful. I found this guide so easy to understand and follow. By concentrating and focusing on unique exercises helped me enhance my mind. It helped to grow my confidence level. Now I have started practice breathing techniques which is also very effective. For health and fitness, this guide is incredible. I will recommend this guide. Furthermore, it uses a very simple method of teaching the routines so that anyone can start doing them once they've read this book. Pick it up and you will be surprised to see how quick you learn the ropes!

By Robert Williams I was worried when I saw there were no diagrams for the exercises, but the instructions were so clear and to the point I didn't need pictures. Great introduction to the world of Pilates, highly recommended!

By NoneYa I did pilates as a youth, although I didn't know that is what it was called.Then it worked...even though I was still curvier than the skinny beyotches who keeded to eat a hotdog or two. lol.Now, my body is screaming.That must mean it's working.Now if I can keep my resolve. Except modified yoga is beginning to sound more appealing.
